Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

Hi my daughter suffers a lot with headaches. She has had her eyes tested and they are fine, she has also been to ophthalmology and has been discharged from them with no concerns. On top of this she has also had an MRI scan which came back without any issues appearing on there. Lastly as well her hair has been cut to see if that helped at all. Sometimes when she get these headaches they are that bad that she can be pulling at her hair and also smacking her own head to try and ease the pain that it is giving her, they also make her wake up in the middle of the night crying her eyes out due to the pain. What else could it possibly be that is making her suffer like this? These headaches she seems to be getting on a weekly basis

General & Family Physician 's  Response
As per history you have not mentioned how old she is?For headache you have checked her eyes and found nothing and for it you have already done MRI ,as the report is normal it means that she had no intracranial complications.please check if you have done these tests or not -
Complete blood count with differential
Metabolic panel
Urinalysis
Thyroid-stimulating hormone level(TSH)
25-hydroxy vitamin D level
Vitamin B12 level
Iron studies, including iron level, total iron binding capacity, percent saturation, and serum ferritin level
Magnesium level
Erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)
Antipolymer antibody assay: May provide conclusive evidence for a subgroup of people with fibromyalgia; about 50% of fibromyalgia patients have antipolymer antibodies (Thanks)
