Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache
I m having a headache-like sore spot on right side of forehead above temple. I do get migraines in this general area but this is a little different. It kind of radiates from my right nostril and across right cheek. I have recently had a sinus scan and they are clear. Wondering if this is nerve related or do I need to be concerned about something more serious?

As per your history, it may be due to migraine.
For that you can take tablet acetaminophen. Avoid trigger factors like bright light, noise, less sleep.
In case of repeated attacks you may require tablet vasograin after consultation.
Take balanced diet and proper rest
