Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

I had a few things happen today, not sure how serious. Headache, about a 7 on pain scale, but also had what I call eye floaters which put a fuzzy line through my vision for about a 1/2 hour at a time. About an hour after the headache, I couldn t seem to get my words out right like something wasn t firing right in brain for about 20 minutes. Still have a slight headache, little tired. Maybe a migraine? Would I be safe to call my Doctor tomorrow?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic....

Such type of presentation could be from migraine but as slurred speech was present I will advise you to consult doctor for following work up....
-Blood pressure measurement
-muscle reflexes
-neurological examination
-direct ophthamoscopy if needed
-CT scan done if needed

If no significant neurological cause present and history of migraine than as considering it as migraine, rizatriptan tablet can be given...

Take care

Advise : Physician consultation for examination....
