Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

I have been suffering with bad headaches for the last two days and today I woke up seeing black spots in my vision....... It s been a constant all day flying black spots. What can be the cause? I checked my blood pressure and it s been high 168 over 94

Regarding your concern, your headaches seem to be related to the uncontrolled blood pressure.

I would recommend you to consult with your GP and perform a routine blood test, kidney and liver function tests, thyroid function tests, and a chest x ray. An ambulatory 24 hour blood pressure monitoring is necessary to establish the diagnosis. You may need to start antihypertensive therapy.
