Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache, Dizziness And Nausea, With Negative CT Scan
I woke up this morning with severe headache, dizzy, chills, dry mouth and nauseous, I took some aspirin but it did not really help. I have had migraines before but they always are accompanieds by flashing lights which I did not have this morning. I also have allergies. abut two weeks ago I had similar symptoms and saw a doctor and had a CT Scan which was negative and took some blood tests to see if I could have an MRI.

I really appreciate your concern, morning headache may happens due to hyperacidity and it can be more intense with history or migraine in my opinion it can not be treated with Aspirin but best is Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg once in day hope this information helps.
