Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache And Vomiting

I had a sever head pain for a long time friday night even got sick throwing up . the pain was off the charts i just took over the counter pain meds and layed down with cool rag to my head. I want to know if this a warning of a stroke or brain aneurysm .My daughter die of one. Thank you so much if you could let me know i still have head pain but not as bad. thank you susan

good evening
I have some question that your pain would be unilateral or bilateral? if u go to at very high frequency sound then it will increase or not?
after vomiting head pain resolved or not.
otherwise just do MRI to rule out aneurysm or brain pathology.
