Hi,

You seem to have tellogen effluvium. There may be some cause. You consult dermatologist. He may thoroughly examine you and may suggest some blood tests to rule out thyroid dysfunction, vit.B12 deficiency, anaemia,DM,HIV, Blood diseases or other systemic diseases. Biotin containing tab, iron, vitaminE,folic acid ..etc may improve the condition. You apply mild steroid lotion on scalp. Improve scalp hygiene using ketoconazole containing shampoo. You may apply almond oil to improve hair texture. Stress and worries might affect hair growth, so avoid them. Have nutritious food and light exercise. I hope you may get good result.

Thanks.
