Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Fall
Hi dr, i have a massive hair fall issues... Yes, I am hypothyroid patient since 15 yrs... I suddenly started shredding hair last July which is now getting thinner... The dr has prescribed omnacortil 20 mg on 2 days a week.. Plz tell me if it will stop my hair fall n promote hair growth. I am also taking other mineral supplements to prevent my hair from fall. Thank you!

hair fall is a common cause in Hypothyroidism kindly take proper treatment for hypothyroidism.
If the hormone levels are under control your hair fall problem will be resolved.
No such medicine(omnacortil) will control your hair fall.
Cause for your Hair fall should be treated .
Additionally take proper protein and iron rich food to control hair fall.
Hair hygiene should be followed consistently.
