Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Fall

Hii sir my name is Ramesh,am 23years old and I have a hair fall problem from last year.i have Consulted a dermatologist.he has suggested me topical minoxidil solution and finpecia tablets,and i have used for 3months and and revilus tablets for one month.i noticed that my hair is falling less. And I stopped using.after 2to3 months the hair fall reappeared.i don t have any health problems.and no one is losing hair in my family.there is no one with baldness in my family.can you help me out.i dont have any drandruff.but my hair is getting thin On scalp. And on my forehead the hair is almost lost on the both sides of forehead.i need help sir.... .i got tired of consulting dermatologist near by me.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What you had started using medication earlier was right and you also found good results. However, its effects were lost as you used them for a shorter duration.
You need to continue the treatment for more than an year to see results and its sustainability. Then slowly by 3 to 5 years, you need to stop it gradually.
Kindly restart the same medication again. Also you can use Selenium containing shampoo once in 3 days, which would help to keep your scalp healthy.
Have patience this time as it is quite a long duration of treatment.
