Hi,
Noted your history of pain in groin, pain up to calf on right side, back ache going on for 2 years, headache,
hip pain, normal X-ray, Gynecologist finding nothing, pain near collarbone and so on. 2 years is a long time to suffer from such pain in groin, calf and hip. This needs a proper examination by an Orthopedic Surgeon,
MRI of the affected spinal area and hip, other investigations related to other pains.
The burning pain is classical of neurological type hence the pain in groin can be due to
nerve entrapment syndrome and hence the cause should be tracked as per the symptoms. There can be a
slipped disc causing compression on the nerves supplying the calf and hip area or there can be a primary lesion in the hip joint that MRI will give a proper diagnosis about.
Rest of the symptoms can be evaluated well and diagnosed properly to have a proper plan of management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
