Hello,

Those seem like symptoms of gastroenteritis, an infection of the gastrointestinal system. Some of the symptoms like headache are also due to dehydration.

If the symptoms are better, no more fever, then probably it's a transitory viral infection and I would advise only plenty of liquids and over the counter probiotics to restore normal bacterial flora of the intestines. Loperamide may be taken to stop diarrhea as well.

If still having high fever, headaches and diarrhoea then I would check with your primary physician or even the ER as you might need some tests to search for other non-viral causes as well as rehydration.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
