Suggest Treatment For Severe Fever In An Elderly Person

My mother s age is 62.she was having fever below 100 fifteen days back.after many tests it was diagnosed that her sgpt was 140 and bilirubin was 1.2 mg/dl.after medication n diet control sgpt count reduces to 108 then 87 and now 60.kindly suggest if further medication is required or by controlling the diet patterns(no oil, fresh fruits, juices,,coconut water, tomatoe soup,Dalia).also no fever from last 4-5 days.

Hi
Went through your post as you have mentioned that the liver enzymes are coming down with proper diet only I would suggest if possible she should do a brisk walk which will allow some freedom for diet, and should continue fresh fruits.
I find this answer helpful
