Suggest Treatment For Severe Fatigue

Hi... i read the risks of diabetese and im worried I recently had a massage and she asked me if i was ever diagnosed with diabetese which led me think and i have things worrying me. I do have dryness in my throat...i do suffer from fatigue...i also get cramps in the bone under my toes very often. My parents have a history of diabetese and i am 50 years of age. Please reply. exclude diabetes and go for glycolated hemoglobin and if indicated then consult dibetologist for treatment and diet control take regular morning walk.
