Suggest Treatment For Severe Fatigue And Stomach Pain

Hi i am a severe brittle asthmatic who was in itu on a ventilator a few weeks back. I have just stopped taking steroids and started taking a new tablet for me theophylline. I have been tapering down my predisalone for 4 weeks now starting from 60mg. I was down to 20mg but stopped two days ago as I ran out. I m not sure what is making me feel so ill. But I have bad head aches and extreme fatigue all I want to do is sleep. My stomach hurts as does my lower back and legs and I ve lost my appetite. Is it the lack of steroids because I stopped them suddenly too the theophylline

Hello,

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
A detailed evaluation is required for further assessment.

As of now, antacids like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole can be taken.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
