Suggest Treatment For Severe Fatigue And Discomfort After Teeth Extraction

I have a good friend who is a 78 year old male who is typically in great shape and very active. He had several teeth pulled 2 months ago and continues to experience some discomfort. However, in the past few weeks he is experiencing consistent fatigue and finds himself sleeping far more than ever before. He feels very lethargic. His doctor has found nothing yet. Any suggestions?

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

Well, fatigue and excessive sleeping is not appearing to be due to tooth extraction as it is already 2 months when he had extraction done..

So my suggestion is to consult a Physician and get him evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigation like complete blood picture, Serum Vitamin B 12 levels etc done to rule out the cause and treatment can be done once the cause is ruled out..

As of now he can take Vitamin B complex supplements, drink plenty of water and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
