Suggest Treatment For Severe Elbow Pain

Hello, I am a 58 year old female - had both hips replaced and they are doing fine. Lately have been experiencing extreme pain in by elbows where I can barely touch the inside of the elbow joint without severe pain. I can use my arms just fine, but it is a constant pain and increases when you push on the joint.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello
I read your question and understand your concern
I would like to ask that
* are you taking some calcium/vit D supplements?
* are you taking some HRT ?
* have you recently done your calcium/vit D blood level?
* is there any recent h/o trauma to your affected elbow joint?
I would like to suggest that go for your blood tests for serum calcium and vit D
and you can also go for one x-ray elbow joint AP/LAT
and you can take anti inflammatory/ pain killers as well can use steroid injection in that affected joint for the time being, take fat free milk and yogurt in your diet
and go to your doctor to have check with him
I hope my answer will satisfy you
good luck & tc
