Suggest Treatment For Severe Ear Pain

I have chronic left ear pain that usually lasts a few days or when I do not sleep on left side.
Last spring I was taking: ½ Cetirizine at night, single 400 mg guifensen in the am (perhaps an additional guifensen in the afternoon with a single, 30mg psudoephedrine).
Upper left tooth pain that lasted for a week—dentist couldn’t find anything.
Early August-discontinued medication because my husband and I decided to try to conceive.
Mid-August ear pain that lasted several days.
August 31 2010, appointment with ENT—thought chronic Eustacian Tube Dysfunction was the problem, tubes might help, started using ear popper.
September 10—excruciating tooth, jaw, and ear pain on left side (lack of sleep)—saw urgent care doctor who said it was likely a sinus infection. Go back on cetirizine and amoxicillin (875mg 2X day) for 14 days.
September 11, saw Dentist who said teeth are healthy.
September 18, follow up—pain was better but not gone. Gums were burning. Urgent care doctor suggested veramyst (nasal steroid) and stronger antibiotic (didn’t take). Thought it might be a chronic problem.
Used Afrin (3 days only 1X day) and Veramyst. Also made a device to keep my back teeth from clenching at night (which is a problem)—just in case a TMD is adding fuel to the flame.
September 24, no relief from veramyst and nasal passages so congested, I couldn’t use any longer. Simply used netipot 4 X daily and steam. No medication.
September 28, could breathe again. ENT said don’t use veramyst—passages don’t look inflamed. Tubes are not likely to help based on hearing tests. Suggests middle ear specialist and could offer no solution regarding sinus issues. Sudafed, mucinex, sinus rinses are all ok.
September 30, pain in sinus cavities, burning gums, and tooth ache—all return.
October 1, 2010—single guifensen (400mg) and psudeophedrine 30mg—some relief. Pain without congestion.
What do I do now?
I am making an appointment with new ENT, getting blood test, seeing a new dentist, and seeing an allergist. But I would love the advice from someone who is looking at all the symptoms together!
