Hi,

If you don't have fever or breathing difficulty, try taking an antihistamine like levocetirizine at night and cough syrup/lozenge containing dexromethorphan(a cough suppressant) three times a day for 3-5 days.

If cough does not come down in 3 days, or if you feel fever or breathing difficulty, kindly see your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam TK
