Hello dear I understand your concern I advice to to consult the gastroenterologist for better evaluation and undergo following investigation: Stool microscopy and culture to rule out infections Blood tests: Full blood examination, LFT, ESR, and serological testing for coeliac disease Hydrogen breath testing to rule out malabsorption. Doctor will give following advises for diarrhea: You can take sporolac powder: mix powder in the half glass of water. Take soluble fiber like ispagula husk. Tablet ciplox-oz, tablet mebeverine Drink ORS solution and boiled rice with added lemon and salt to maintain the hydration. Sublingual tablet of vitamin B12 and folic acid Take diet like banana, applesauce, yogurt, buttermilk and toast. Avoid spicy diet , take small frequent meal rather than large meal.
