General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As a physician, I would like to tell you that Tiemonium tabs can be used in pregnancy if absolutely needed. So if she is feeling pain, she can take them along with Bromhexine for cough.

Hope this will help you. Feel free to ask any further question. Have a nice day.

Regards,
Dr. Abhijeet
