Suggest Treatment For Severe Dandruff

I am suffering from dandruff when I scratch my head I get a lot of space dead skin is falling from my head even I have hair fall I was using previously fongotar or polytar it was helping me a lot now I don t have that in the market please advise me a solution thank you doctor

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, I actaully addvise "Povidone Iodine" shamppo to all of my patient those are having danddruff, apply this on scalp, half an hour before bath, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
