I am female 55 yrs old.the last three weeks I have had leg cramps in different areas of my legs, some serve.Today I Was getting up and both upper thighs started to cramp at the exact same time It makes me unable to walk at times till the cramp works itself out

cramps causes severe pain in your limbs So in such time you have to take pain killer such as diclofenac 50mg a day and do mild exercise like movement of legs
