Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough

I have had a cough since Oct 7 and its getting worse I have an inhaler I also use a prescribed nose spray and I am taking an antibiotic How can I tell if I have Pneumonia I am male 55 non smoker and no history of Asthma I referee men soccer games for the past 35 years

As per your history is concerned you have severe cough and it has many reasons.so do a full blood count with differential .whatever may be the result you will be given medication as per cause of the diseases.(Thanks)
