Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that the symptoms of cold, congestion/blocked nose along with headache and neck pan seems to be due to causes like chronic upper respiratory tract infection, influenza or flu, infectious mononucleosis etc..
As it is already 2 weeks you need to take care of it and consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like throat swab culture, sputum culture, blood tests, chest x ray and Immunoglobulin G levels can be advised to rule out the exact cause of the symptoms and treated accordingly..
As the viral infection is cured once the virus completes its cycle in human body, therefore as of now you need to take symptomatic treatment..
You can be advised to take a combination of acetaminophen and Ibuprofen to relieve aches and pains and reduce body temperature if it is high.
You can be advised to take decongestnats like Pseudoephadrine and mucolytics like Ambroxol..
Take decongestant nasal spray containing Xylometazoline or oxymetazoline..
You can do steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room..
Chew a Vitamin C pellet daily to improve immunity..
You can also be advised antibiotics if there is superseded bacterial infection..
Avoid chilled and spicy foods..
Take plenty of warm fluids and warm water..
Take sufficient rest..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
