Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain

I was given a bear hug and heard a pop and the same time started getting a nasty pain in my chest wall just under my left breast. I now have restricted movement because of ongoing pain. Should I go to my doctor or A&E or is it likely to be muscular and will go away with time?
