Hi
Welcome to healthcaremagic
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.Your sign and symptoms points towards pneumonia and lung infection. You are advised x ray chest to rule it out. If chest x ray comes clear and you have no fever then it is likely to be muscular pain which requires rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. You can discuss with your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.
