Hi. I have pretty severe bruising on my buttocks with red pin point dots all over. These red pin point dots are also on my arm near my vein where I would normally get blood taken. Also, I have bruising as well and have not bumped into anything that I can remember. I feel like I am tired all of the time. I am not sleeping more than usual but I generally just feel exhausted. For example, like standing up....lately I just want to sit down because I feel so weak. I am normally not like that at all. Thank you.
