Suggest Treatment For Severe Bone Pain In The Knees And Wrists

Hi Doctor, I have severe bone pain in my knees and wrists. It is not permanent but appears multiple times. From my test reports we can see that I have a deficiency of Vitamin D, Vitamin B, Folate and Calcium. Please help me with a consultation on this pain.

Take cholecalciferol sachet(60,000 international unit) in milk once a week... Duration depend on severity of deficiency...

For calcium deficiency calcium tablet or injection can be prescribed

For b12 deficiency cyanocobalamin injections prescribed...
