Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have back pain in my lower back, right at the point between my butt and backright in the middle. It can either come on gradually or sudden but the pain is at its worst when I stand or walk. I am overweight but have had this for many years. It prevents physical activity, even walking. Sometimes I can walk around the block with no problem, other times I can t walk a few feet before it starts hurting. It s a burning, throbbing pain.
Hello, As you mentioned you are over weight ,try to lose weight as over weight will cause more stress on your spine and it starts degenerating quickly Do some spinal strengthening exercises and if not relieved get yourself evaluated by an orthopedician
