Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain
I am 37 and a mother of 16 MONTHS toddler. Mostly always on my toes with her. I have been experiencing severe back pain and I am unable to lean forward... Bend... I cant even stand for a while. Evn changing baby s diaper or fastening the pram s harness seems nxt to impossible. Pl suggest natural remedy

Hello,
You are mostly having arthritis of lower spine region. The ligament or muscle sprain also can be possible.
I suggest you apply hot compress over back area.
Don't do strenous activities.
You can be prescribed paracetamol and ibuprofen like analgesic and anti inflammatory drug for five days.
If you don't improve in few days than investigate further with x ray of lower spine for further work up.
