General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that this can be due to pinched nerve pressure pain.
There can be marked prolapsed inter-vertebral disc giving constant irritation of nerve.
Go for x-ray and MRI of lower lumbo-sacral spines.
After report one can have idea about conservative or surgical line of treatment.
Ok and take care.
