Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain When Suffering From Rheumatoid Arthritis

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis (sero _ve), Fibromyalgia, Cervical & Lumbar Spondilosis, Sciatica, Osteoporosis. To add to that I have digestive system problems, andpossibly leaky gut syndromme. Currently I am experiencing severe pain on right side of my lower back and rt side of my lower abdomen, where there is intermittent inflammation and the possibility of fluids oozing from my intestines. What do you think is the cause of my pain and stiffness of my lower back and why do I have pain simultaneously on the lower abdomen, both on the right side? What medication is recommended? My doctor prescribed Dolo 650, for 3 days. Do I need anything else? Do I need any lab tests, sonography, ST scans for possible pinched nerve for my lower back? Why is it only on the right side? This problem keeps on recurring, inspite of homeopathy and bio-feedback treatments. Please help. Thank you.
