Hello Today I slipped and fell on my back. Not a lot of pain standing up, but when I lay down, I feel a horrible pain in my entire back. (Neck to bottom) it was a very hard fall. If it helps I m 58. Previous back problems (bulge disk). What should I do?

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Thank you for posting your query at healthcaremagic.com

I would adivise you to take Rest, Icing, anti inflammotory. This should help you. If still the pain is not coming down consult a orthopeadiciian who would adivice you to get an x-ray done to find out underline cause.

Precautions:
Do not lift any thing heavy
Do not forward bend
Do not stand or sit for long hours.

Hope you find my answer informative, your thank you will be very much appreciated.
If you need any further information, please revert back to me, I will be glad to assist you.

With best wishes
