Welcome to healthcaremagic
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are having acute cervical disc prolapse. Treatment of it rest to neck ( cervical collar may be worn) and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. If pain is not relieved by it you can take strong analgesic such as tramadol. Mecobalamine is helpful in relieving neuralgic pain. You can discuss your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us.
