Hi how are you? My anxiety is pretty bad right now, as I start a new job (one that I've wanted for a while now) tomorrow at 11AM (EST), and I am prescribed .25 mg Xanax I was wondering if it would be a bad idea to take one now, at exactly 12 AM. Would I feel very groggy in the morning?
