Suggest Treatment For Severe Anxiety And Osteoarthritis

I am a male almost 79 years young and have cold shower daily. I also do a minimum of 300 reps with 2 X 10 kgm dumb bells daily in 25 minutes or so. My pulse rarely exceeds 105. The Cardiologist who checked me in France said there was nothing wrong with my heart but diagnosed anxiety for which he prescribed CARDIOCALM tablets. When stressed for whatever reason my heart can climb to 228 and recover after a couple of minutes. There is no chest pain or shortage of breath. I walk with two Leki Walking Poles due to my osteoarthritis and was still holding my own with the British Judo Team at age 37 years ( excellent for one s ego ! ) I take no statins or asprins or any drugs medecine : I am homeopathically orientated . I am 5 feet 10.5 inches and 153 lbs stripped. After my Judo days I have two meals a day only which have taken 20 lbs off the weight on my joints. Thank you for your kind attention if you are reading thus far ; your kind advices will be much appreciated. Thank you !

General & Family Physician 's  Response
For osteoarthritis I would suggest some over the counter pain killers. Cardiocalm should be enough for your anxiety. For the frequent fast heartbeats I would suggest a beta blocker which you should probably take only after consultation with your doctor.
Meditation and Yoga are very beneficial for anxiety. It calms mind and helps in dealing with stress.
Also you should try Ayurvedic therapy if you don't want allopathy medicines. Thank you.
