Suggest Treatment For Severe Ankle Swelling And Foot Pain
A few weeks ago the top of my left foot started aching and my ankle swelled. The pain started going away and now my ankle and foot is swelled even more. A hard lump has appeared on the inside and at the base of my big toe. My foot does seem to hurt - just a tingling feeling if I stand a long time.

I think you should keep the food elevated and at rest as much as possible. Also use ibuprofen for pain relief and swelling till you meet a rheumatologist to check the conditions of your foot.
