Suggest Treatment For Severe Acne On The Face

Hello sir
I m mayank, 26 years old. I am having oily skin ...and acne prone too..now a days i m using clean n clear face wash...i tried many creams such as ponds, patanjli aloe jel, clean n clear moisturiser but all in vein...presently many acne are on my face..pls suggest any cortect face wash and moisturiser

As per your complain acne can occur due to number of causes like hormonal imbalances,oily skin,bacterial infection, inflammation, clogged pores etc..
I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis..
You can be advised to wash your face with salicylic acid containing facewash..
You can apply ointments containing Benzoyl Peroxide and Clindamycin over the pimples..
You can also apply retinoids containing Adapelene gel..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week to unclog the pores..
You can also do cool compresses over pimples to relieve inflammation and shrink the pimples..
You can also be advised to take oral antibiotics like Minocycline, Clindamycin and retinoids like Isotretinoin..
You can also be advised to go for treatment like Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling..
