Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain When I Sneeze

I am a 20 year old female, 3 days ago I started experiencing pain on the left side of my abdomen on and off. Yesterday it grew worse to sharp pains. Today it started hurting constantly in a dull ache, with sharp pains whenever I sneeze or cough or move or go over a bump when driving. Ibuprofen and Tylenol aren t helping. What s wrong with me?
