Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain Post Masturbation

hi doctor . I am 22 years old and from 6 year after masturbating I got pain around the bottom of stomach.Some doctor says its stomach pain. Some says its abdominal pain. And according to some its intestine pain. And this pain goes away after some kind of injections or drinking mucaine syrup. So I want to know what from I exactly suffering . Because It seems doctors are confuse .And gave injection for that time relief and I wait for next time to pain for get started. I will be very thankful If anyone could help ?

I really appreciate your concern, abdomen pain is challenging one because abdomen cavity contains many organs, it could be due to renal colic, biliary colic, liver pathology, it is also gender related in male and female it is different one, you have not given enough of information and from the little information given here difficult to say anything, but it seems to be vague type of abdomen pain, hope this information helps.
