Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain In A Child

Hi. My 8 year old grandson has been complaining of severe abdominal pain. He has been to the ER twice in the last three days. The first trip revealed pockets of gas between stools. He was given Miralax abd ducolax to help. Tonight he returned to the er and a CT scan showed no blockages but his stomach had an excessive amount of liquid in it, what would be the cause? He does not consu me a large amount of liquids.
