Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain, Cramps And Gas While Having IBS

Having severe abdominal pain, cramping and gas. Have IBS, and history of divercutris, pain started after starting Elavil. I do not know if this could be the problem, I m trying to treat the pain with over counter medications and Bentyl. Trying to find something to get rid of the gas pains, Not sure what going on.

@ Amitryptiline induced side effects .
@ Cap. Prilosec ( 20 ) mg morning and evening 1 hr before meals
Anti spasmodic tablet as Drotaverine ( 20 ) mg twice a day after meals
for 2-3 days
@ Necessary care have to be taken for dietary intake in this period as
# plenty of liquids
# soft , light diet at regular intervals in small quantities
# avoid spicy , non veg , oily
# manage to get soft , smooth bowel evacuations
# avoid smoking , alcohol , stress , anxiety
