Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain And Fever

I have alot of calcium deposits in my spleen and my pancreas. I ve been sick since November last year. I constantly vomit, I have severe pain in my belly and run low to high grade fevers. For 2 weeks I ve been getting worse. The stupid hospital keep saying that I m fine but they don t address the deposits, pain and suffering I m going through. What s wrong with me? I m so sick.

Hello,

Do not worry. You have come to right place. Treatment can be given based on some prior tests.

I would like you to do some tests:

1. Complete Blood Count
2. Spleen CT and Pancreas CT (Axial)
3. Serum amylase
4. Serum calcium level
5. Parathyroid Hormone Test (PTH)
6. Liver Function Tests

I would like to see the results of the tests. These result will give clue to your problems.

Do not worry. In the meantime, you can take paracetamol 500 mg when there is fever. For severe abdominal pain, can take pain medications.

I would also like to ask you:

Is there any heartburn/ acidity? Is the abdominal pain also goes to back?

Is there any pain the right lower back? Is the pain related to a meal?
