Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain And Chest Pain

Had been woken by moderate to sever abdominal and chest pain early Friday morning. Felt it was indigestion as there was pressure in my chest and it was a bit painful taking deep breath. Felt like I needed to take a big burp. Took several asprin and was able to go back to bed for about an hour or two before waking again feeling the same pain. That condition has persisted since, but has gotten slightly better.

thanks for asking your query
i completely understand your problem
yes the symptoms look like indigestion and u can have a packet of eno and some antacid tablets like digene for fast and symptomatic relief.
u can use a proton pump inhibitor like pantoprazole for better relief. aspirin will not help you else it will increase the burning sensation and distention. its better if you take some antispamodics like hyosin tablets for pain relief.
if the problem persists you can get a general physicians opinion
thanks/ regards
