I could help you better if you described your age, duration of above problems. Human urogenital structures are made in such a way that semen and urine cannot come together from urine tube. There are structures like prostate gland and bulbo urethral glands in the way of urine tube. They secrete mucous like fluid. When you void urine, this mucous like fluid (fishy smell) do comes with it. (It is not semen) Semen contains prostatic fluid and hence fishy smell. This is normal thing. During sexual arousal the pre ejaculatory fluid comes out. At the time of climax, semen comes out as ejaculate. It may spurt or dribble drop by drop. When one ejaculates inside vagina, it may dribble per vagina after intercourse. Amount may be variable. This is not a disease. No medicines for it. Solution is psychological counseling. Relax and have a healthy sex life ahead.
