Suggest Treatment For Scrotal Dermatitis
I m a male and is 59 years old. I ve been suffering from this, I guess, Scrotal dermatitis? Currently am on treatment for DM & hypertension. I ve been prescribed with many drugs such as steroid, antibiotics, creams & lotions, but the itch does not go away! Please help.

Hi.
As per your case history of scrotal dermatitis, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply an antifungal plus steroid cream like candid-b cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 1 month.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
