Suggest Treatment For Scabies

Hey. I m trying to get rid of scabies. I done 2 treatments of permetherin, once 3 days ago and the next day. I ve had this since last November. I didn t treat it for a long time as I thought I had eczema. Quite recently though my family came back to the house from being away all summer and it seems 2 members contracted the parasite. I thought I got rid of the parasite myself the other day but now I have small white spots (bubbles with fluid) along the side of my smallest finger ( 4 very small bumps to be exact) but I am still itchy in the usual places, knees, elbows, ankles, feet, genitals, knuckles. I feel as though either eggs have newly hatched or I may have got them gain from touching something in my house. Is there away I can destroy unhatched eggs? As I am planning to do another treatment of permethrin this coming thursday but I need to get rid of this condition asap because I will be travelling by the end of the month. Can you give me advice please? I cannot afford to go to a doctors

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to scabies.

For that you can apply permethrin ointment locally.

Take tablet loratidine for itching.

Alternatively you can apply aloe Vera gel.

Avoid sweating. Maintain proper hygiene

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
