Suggest Treatment For Scabies

Hi Doctor, I got infested with scabies December 2013 in Australia. I tryed permethrin 5%, benzil benzoat 20% (5 days treatment), sulfur cream 33% (7 days treatment), eurax (5 days),Borax baths, I even sprayed myself with a bleach solution, last I tryed kerosene for 3 nights. Nothing works. It drives me crazy I am getting depressed, gained weight. Please, help. I am female, 47 years old, 178 sm tall, 85 kg

all other medicine are correct but do not use kerosine should apply medicine in wet body and allow it to dry. Repeat it for ten days. Clean your linen undergarment daily and get them sundry-ed. you have to change your bedsheets every day and wash them.
