Respected Dr,I was under letrozole tablet from day 2 of my periods and started follicular study from day 7 and doctor asked me to take estradiol tablet Both my right n left ovary show good follicular size and endometrial thickness was upto 8.6mm on day 10. When I went for the study on day 11 doctor said both my follicles are ruptured and gave me one dose of HCG injection. And asked me to take susten 300 from day 15. We meet continuesly for past 4 days before and after the injection, am already taking folic acid, ovabless and myoqueen tablet from past two months. Is that a proper medication that has to be followed and injection after ruptured follice is a right prosiger or what?Seeking a blissful reply from you Thank you

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There is nothing more to be done for this cycle. Continue sustenance as prescribed. If you do not get your period as expected, take a home pregnancy test.
