Suggest Treatment For Ruptured Eardrum

i am young student running in a age 25.but now i am dipressed with my health problem.my problem is with my ear.my left ear drum is broken and i experenced a low hearing power and i experience sound coming from my ears.and now i am afraid that my next ear may get damage because i have problem with my nose aswell.i have curve septum and my nose remains close moreover.please give me a good suggesation. please please please give me a advise.because i have long way to go. hope for a quick reply...with respect binam

Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to acute suppurative otitis media.

For that you can use antibiotics ear drop after consultation.

For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.

You may require oral antibiotics after consultation.

Avoid ear piercing. Keep ear clean.
